CANCELLATION POLICY:
TRANSFERS, CANCELLATIONS or ANY OTHER CHANGES must be made THREE DAYS PRIOR TO CLASS for ART EVENTS and AT LEAST SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO CLASS for COOKING EVENTS to receive a CREDIT for a future event. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. In the event, classes are cancelled due to unforseen circumstances (e.g. inclement weather, etc.) a CREDIT will be issued for a future event. AGAIN, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.
LIABILITY WAIVER:
IN NO EVENT SHALL UNCORK & CREATE LLC OR ANY OF ITS MANAGERS, MEMBERS, AGENTS, EVENT INSTRUCTORS, EVENT ASSISTANTS, AND SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE (JOINTLY OR SEVERALLY) TO YOU FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE, AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF REGISTERING FOR AND/OR ATTENDING AN UNCORK & CREATE EVENT.
PHOTO RELEASE:
I grant to UNCORK & CREATE LLC, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me, my property and if applicable my minor child(ren) while attending an UNCORK & CREATE event. I authorize UNCORK & CREATE LLC, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that UNCORK & CREATE may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
PROMO CODES:
Promo codes are valid for public events only. Promo codes can be redeemed online only and are not retroactive.
PRIVATE EVENTS:
All private event attendees must sign up 48 hrs in advance of event. Minimum number of guests must be met for party to be held. Private event minimum is 15 people in Charleston and 10 people in Huntington for adult or mixed adult/children events. 10 person minimum for children's party. If minimum is not met within 48 hours of event, the event will be cancelled and all persons who had previously signed up will receive a credit for a future event. Private events start promptly at scheduled start time. If your party is late or does not show up the time of the party time will not be extended and no alternative party dates will be scheduled or credits/refunds provided.
Please note that registration is a firm commitment to attend the class. Any changes must be made AT LEAST THREE DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT for ART EVENTS and AT LEAST SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT for COOKING EVENTS.
